Roberta Dieci born in 1982, lives and works in Modena. After graduating from classical high school, she obtained a degree in "Modern Literature" at the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, a master's degree in 'Philology, Literature and Classical Tradition' and also a master's degree in 'Italian Linguistics and Literary Civilization'.
Since 2007 she has been teaching at a high school in Modena, she is married and mother of two children. Since 2016 she has been the owner and teaching representative of Metis, a private lesson centre of which she is the founder. Her debut novel I sogni non fanno rumore won two literary awards (Buk Festival di Modena-February 2017, Special Jury Prize at the International Navarro Award in Sambuca di Sicilia-May 2017).
