She holds a degree in Pedagogy from the Catholic University of Brescia and a degree in Literature from 'La Sapienza' University of Rome. She is currently a researcher and lecturer in Contemporary Italian Literature (Education Sciences) at the Catholic University of Brescia. He has published numerous articles for literary criticism journals and several academic and popular books on both literary topics and the sociology of literature.
